Recognized as an outstanding technology solution based on creativity, market need, effective deployment and future potential, PinPoint Status is driving the digitization of the in-home service industry
CLEVELAND — October 1, 2021 — PinPoint Status, the leading customer service app for in-home service providers, was named a finalist in two Greater Cleveland Partnership’s 2021 Best of Tech Awards – Most Promising Startup and Best Technology Solution, Product or Device – Commercial.
Recognized as an outstanding technology solution based on creativity, market need, effective deployment and future potential, PinPoint Status is driving the digitization of the in-home service industry, providing automated appointment reminders and accurate arrival times through their easy to use mobile app.
The proprietary software syncs with customer and scheduling data to provide automated text message reminders and accurate arrival times. Leveraging a combination of technologies, including SMS text messages, real-time GPS location data, and a two-way communication platform, the solution seamlessly connects customers with field employees. After an appointment, the software can also prompt customers to immediately review the service provider on Google, one of the most highly sought after features.
“The number one reason people love the app is the real-time client feedback,” said Nick Began, PinPoint Status CEO and founder, “Our automated low rating warning sets us apart from the competition by giving companies the chance to react quickly to put out a fire before it gets too out of control.”
Being selected as a finalist in two Best of Tech Awards categories gives PinPoint Status the opportunity to showcase the innovation around the best-in-class, cost-effective and time saving solution designed to fit a wide range of industries.
PinPoint Status began testing and implementing its product by first targeting businesses in the stone countertop industry. Began owned and operated his own countertop fabrication business for nearly 30 years – making him very familiar with the pain points experienced by many business owners that rely on in-home appointments. However, the services PinPoint Status offers can benefit companies in a wide range of industries. The platform currently integrates with the following stone countertop client management platforms, StoneApp, Moraware, Action Flow, easededge, and Google Calendar. PinPoint Status is committed to expanding to additional markets, with plans to integrate with a broad range of industry-specific scheduling programs.
PinPoint Status was started in 2019 and planned to launch in March, 2020. However, due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the decision was made to hold off and focus on additional platform updates. Beta users were added in the fall of 2020 and the first paid users were brought on in January, 2021.
The PinPoint Status app is available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store. A subscription costs $18.99/month for each tech actively using the platform. Request a one-on-one demo of PinPoint Status: https://www.pinpointstatus.com/demo/
